[Healeys] Bounces and POS Yahoo

You guys getting list disabled notices are lucky, I get nothing in advance and after a couple of days start thinking the list has been pretty quiet and when I go to the list management site find my account has been disabled for excessive bounces.  It's like being at a party and suddenly realizing you're the only one left in the room.  So, I have POS Yahoo (VBG, Ed) and realize it's the problem, but have no clue what is the solution?  
Are there settings in Yahoo mail I can change to ensure list delivery or do I need another email account dedicated to the lists.  If so, what other FREE email provider should I sign up with?

BTW, Ira, congrats on getting your car running.  I was off on enforced hiatus when your announcement came out.
