[Healeys] brass valve

The valve is easy to disassemble. I've been told to use Vaseline and it works
fine. The problem is the lub that comes with the valve dries up while it is
waiting to be sold. clean it off and apply the Valvoline an then work it open
and closed for a minute or two. I have a Moss one (three years now) and it is
fine but I rebuilt the original (spring was bad) and sealed it in a bag as
spare.
