[Healeys] Heater motor

The heater motor (with mounting brackets) is held in place on the inner fender
with 4 bolts that thread into the brackets. The bolt heads are accessible from
the right front wheel well. Once you take off the flexible tubing the heater
comes up through the bonnet opening, with a certain amount of twisting and
turning. On second thought, on a BJ8, (I have a BN4) one of the horns may be
in the way. Easy enough to remove the horn.
