[Healeys] fuel pump filter

I have a fuel filter in line before my Fuel pump. I had one up near carbs
before I cleaned my tank, as it clogged from time to time with crap from
the tank. It was easier to remove, clean and replace in that position. With
the cleaned out tank, I put the filter in the current position. It rains a
lot here and crap can wash into the storage tanks
