[Healeys] Start up after rebuild

In my last post re finding whether or not the distributor is 180 out I
should have included the statement "with the #1 piston at TDC".  So in
addition to checking the valves you will also want to see whether or not
the #1 piston is at the top of its travel.  If it is and the valves are
closed you are good to go.
