[Healeys] Which Side Out

I always dyno my fresh race engines on an engine dyno. That means the engine
has to be completely assembled on the dyno, and then, the headers and intake
manifolds have to be removed, and then reinstalled when the engine is in the
car.

Occasionally, I have swapped an engine from one Healey into another. That
means removing and replacing the intake and exhaust manifolds.

Another, more common situation, would be when there is a problem with the
exhaust manifold that has to be pulled because the studs need to be replaced.
Again, you have to remove and reinstall the intake manifold and carbs.

These are a few of my reasons why I think that Installing the fiber side to
the head will allow these changes to be made with no or little damage to the
gasket. But, I could be wrong.
