[Healeys] Anodizing

I am preparing the aluminum cockpit trim for anodizing & would appreciate as
much advise as possible. Especially, what type of anodizing was original (type
1,2,3)?
How highly polished do the parts need to be to duplicate the original
appearance?  Are there any specific instructions I need to give to the company
doing the anodizing besides "Don't loose or bend my parts"?
