Shipping one complete Smiths safety gauge from western PA to New Zealand via USPS Air mail (first class) was $18.20 US.

The cost to send a full set to Canada using express post (4 days tracked) was $US77. 
As a comparison the price for the same service from Ontario to CA was $US34.
