Also, you'll need new gaskets and possibly O-rings for the axle/hubs.

You'll need to fit a new seal when you reinstall the diff. Be sure to set the outside edge of the seal even with the inside edge of the bevel at the flange end. 

Torque spec is quite high--140 or 150lb-ft IIRC--so you'll need a torque wrench with that range.

Yep, Kees is absolutely correct. Not a first time project. You'll need a 
couple dial indicators and holders, likely shims and the knowledge to 
correctly align the meshing of the gears.. all critical to quiet running and 
long life..
