[Healeys] Rolon timing chain tensioner bad

I took my timing chain cover off this morning to work on a leak and found the rubber pad off of the tensioner and large grooves worn into the plate. Looks like the bonding of the pad gave way. The engine has about 16000 miles on it. Per the Internet, not an uncommon complaint. Is there anything else out there besides Rolon made in India?
I suppose I should take the pan off now and clean for steel debris.
