[Healeys] Essential Buyers Guide

I ordered the book from Amazon back in Oct 2011.  When I got the email 
from AH Spares this morning, I sent Amazon an email asking when they 
would have it in stock.  The reply - no idea, but they upgraded the 
shipping.  So, I'm hoping for May ...
