[Healeys] Thottle linkage

One of the reasons I embarked on my long journey of converting to a
throttle cable. The bushing were shot and I upgraded to HD8 carbs on my BT
7 and did not have the firewall bracket fro the HD linkage. BTW, I finally
got the last widget I need and will install it tomorrow. If it fails to
work, I will bite the bullet and fix the Rube Goldberg OEM system
