[Healeys] Drum balancing

I had my entire running gear done on my BJ8 and there isn't a smoother 
riding Healey in my area.  As usual, I would highly recommend Allen Hendrix 
of Hendrix Wire Wheel.

Either get your wheels balanced on the car and mark the position or get
the drums and wheels balanced seperately.
