[Healeys] HEAT SHIELDS

While material selected plays a part, it's just a part of the equation. As
mentioned, airflow and space are a huge part of the equation. Even in those
closed-cell insulating blankets that are used it's not the material, it's the
gaps in it that are doing the work.


It's not rocket surgery.

Considering weight, space, cost, and effectiveness, the metal offset shield
designs can kick the crap out of a stock Healey asbestos (or whatever they
are) so-called heat shields.


For originality there isn't really a choice.
