[Healeys] High speed miss - CARBS?

Take the main fuel line off the carb and start the ignition, letting fuel
dump into a big jar.  If it is pumping out in a slow stream, then probably
something is wrong with your pump.  Also check in the jar for dirt/rust.
 Also possible that something is clogging the inlet pickup inside the
tank....
