OK, so the question brought up in the previous comments is this:  Since the
wheel cylinder bleeder fittings are on the BOTTOM of the cylinders, and the
air is obviously at the TOP of the cylinder, how do folks get the air out?  As
Mike S. said, the pistons can be clamped into the cylinders, to lessen the
volume inside the cylinder, but that may still leave a bit of air in there.
Whenever I hit problems like this, problems that seem to be down to a initial
design flaw (bleeders on the bottom), I always wonder how they did it at the
factory.  They must have run into the same problem, with numerous cars coming
down the line every day.  How did they get the air out there?
