List, I am about to order from Cape International and I have a few questions. What is the "value added tax", how much is it and can anyone explain it to me. Do shipments normally get hung up in customs for a period on time? Anything else unusual I should know about or, other than above, is it pretty straight forward? Thanks, Fred
