[Healeys] Bolts for bumper irons

I believe they are SAE 3/8" fine (24TPI). 

Same bolts front and rear.

My car doesn't have bumpers but I need the bolts to be able to fit tow 
rings and a timing strut. 

What is the thread size that is in the holes? I believe they are the same 
front and rear, is that correct?
