[Healeys] Oxysolv

A friend of mine is a car guy and we went into together on some Oxysolv. It's
supposed to remove rust and leave a zinc phosphate finish. He's a real
believer. He treats all most everything that's prone to rust.

Has anyone heard of it and know how it works?

Since I'm not starting a frame off restoration for several years I was
wondering if anyone had opinions on using it to inhibit rust in the mean time.
