Gergo, I totally agree with Chris Dimmock.  You have told us that all you wish is a "project" <G> !

IMHO, the car should end up in an enthusiast's hands for the loving effort required to return her
to 'glory' and use.  And I would bet serious money, Rich [R.I.P.] would agree with me,

If you really wish to do a Healey again, I suggest a BJ-8.  At least 
with a BJ-8 the "hardest" part
to come up with is the Glove Box Lock --- LOL ! !
