Depends what you want really. If you want to make it into a concours car 
it may not be worth your while. Many parts are not available new and 
used parts will be a struggle and expensive unless you can roam around 
in the UK.
However if vital parts like engine and gearbox are missing you may 
consider fitting alternatives like e.g. 4 or 6 cylinder in line from 
Datsun/Nissan, Fiat, Alfa, Opel, Mercedes etc. or V8 from Rover, BMW 
etc. All cars that should be reasonably easy to source in your country.
