Excel is a much simpler and universal alternative. It is mostly on your 
computer anyway, is easily adapted and everybody can read it on their 
computers. You can import pictures, you can sort any way you like etc. 
There may be other more suitable programs but you often have to pay for 
them, learn how they operate and are certainly not universal in most cases.
