[Healeys] Nissan powered 3000 - BAT

Datsun (Nissan) was based heavily on Austin for a long time. They used 
to produce Austins in licence. Hence many similarities. I think it goes 
as far as even the Datsun engine even matching (closely)  the AH 
gearbox. The SU's  are probably the Japanese built ones, again in licence.
