[Healeys] Acceptable CO

One exhaust pipe reads 4%, the other almost 5%. two percent is natural to the
atmosphere at sea level. I'm not sure what it is at 6500 ft but the instrument
is "trued" to 2% befor using. I guess that is rich mixture but it runs great.
