[Healeys] Acceptable CO

I never check the acceptable CO. At 8000 feet you either run the car too rich
at iddle or too lean at highs rpms. I prefer to run the car to about 3000 rpm
for about 2 miles, turn off the engine and look at the spark plug. Once I get
a light brown (we call it coffee with milk) color I am satisfied and do not
worry about CO, as long as I have a good iddle.
