[Healeys] wire wheel questions

I purchase a set of 72 spoke tubeless rims from British Wire Wheel in 1995 for
my BN6. The car has not been driven for the last ten years. I have only had
to add air to them once in all this time. I have to add air to my tube type
painted rims on my BN7 on a regular basis. Seems like the Tubeless rims
retain their air pressure better than the standard rims. The only problem I've
had is that if the Silicon isn't applied evenly you will have some very large
lead weights added for a good balance. I don't know what would be involved in
replacing a broken spoke???

Dayton Wheel & perhaps
others are offering tubeless wire wheels. As I
understand it, they apply a
layer of silicone to the spoke nipples the prevent
the air from escaping.
How
reliable is this?
