[Healeys] Aux. Rad. Fan Install

Since we're talking about fans, I found my Texas Cooler wasn't cutting it when
it comes to keeping the V-8 cool at idle and in traffic so I just finished
installing an auxiliary electric fan behind the grille and in front of the
radiator.  It doesn't require any modifications that can't be easily undone
and pushes a lot more air through the radiator.  Here's the write-up and
