I believe the 541 Austin Princess engine is a 6 cylinder version of the 100 engine, or the 100 engine is a 4 cylinder version of...don't know which one came first, but I believe the bore and stroke are the same, so 100 parts (readily available from the usual suspects) may work on the Austin motor.
