Give the number of emails we have exchanged, that does not make sense to me,
but I will try calling. It certainly does not explain why I haven't received
the product!

AOL web addresses are blocked by some spam filters so they may have never
received some of your emails.  The history of many, many people dealing with
Kilmartin makes me give them the benefit of the doubt here and suspect they
aren't getting your messages

I would do what Larry and David suggest and call them
