Many of you have come to the defense of Kilmartin & I am glad their reputation
is for providing good products & good customer service. I knew that before I
place an order with them & that is why I am so baffled & frustrated with the
lack of a response.
After exchanging several emails with John Kilmartin & Rich Chrysler concerning
a bonnet with louvers, but without the interruption in the louvers for the
bonnet strap I placed an order with Kilmartin on Feb 28.
3/11 - I was quoted a 3 week lead time.
4/20 - I inquired about the status of the shipment.
no reply
5/1 - I inquired again.
5/30 - I was quoted "a couple of weeks"
6/29 - I inquired about the status.
7/12 - John said he would get back to me in a couple of days.
7/26 - I inquired again
no reply
8/10 - I inquired again
no reply
8/16 - I inquired again
no reply
As of today 8/30, no reply.

I can not understand why a company would treat a customer this way.
By the way, I never became belligerent in my emails, but I did indicate that
this was delaying the progress on my restoration.
Yes, I still want the product, but I need it soon!
If anyone wants to contact them on my behalf it is O.K. with me.
