[Healeys] BJ8 VINs on the shock tower

Many older UK spec cars, not only Austins, do not have a stamped 
chassisnumber. Both a UK spec Jensen Healey and a UK spec Triumph 
Spitfire I had did not have numbers struck in the chassis/body, just on 
the plate rivetted on the bulkhead or front beam.
