[Healeys] oil questions

Before you all start to groan.. I was reading a trade magazine today and
came across a segment on diagnosing fuel pump problems.. well, to make a
long story short, the new GDI (gasoline Direct Injection) cars, used to
increase fuel mileage and increase power, use two pumps. A low pressure pump
at the tank and a high pressure pump (up to 2000psi) which runs off the
engines cam.. well it seems that the cam follower is failing on several
makes due to extended oil change intervals an/or oil break down.. Makes me
wonder if we'll see a return of ZDDP levels. what goes around, comes around.
