Big discussion on this topic (value of factory 100Ms) on the Forum a little while ago. Lots of wailing--from non-M owners, of course--about how factory Ms aren't 'worth' what they're selling for (an interesting dichotomy).

I call it 'M-vy'

Derek,

I respectfully disagree with your premise. I know of a 100M owner and
restorer who had a blank check offer for his Gold level Factory M. The
buyer would have easily paid $200K for the car but the owner wasn't
interested on selling.

I deal with a classic car broker that has recently sold two correct 100M's
(Gold level cars) for well over $150K. One they purchased for $165K and
resold within two weeks for a very tidy profit.

Bottom line is that there are plenty of folks out there willing to pay top
dollar and more for a correct Factory M.

Cheers,

Curt

I think it proves the point that the only people that are paying this sort
of money for 100Ms are people that don't know anything about Healeys.
