[Healeys] Torque spec for BJ7 rear hub nut

Get it tight - that means, snug it up, and then bend over a tab on the large
washer underneath to prevent the nut from ever backing off. You don't need
torque specs for this. It's simple. Bob is spot on --"You pretty much want it
to say on."
