[Healeys] Pertronix Ignitor II

I too, have a Pertronix (on my pos-grnd BJ8).

The Ignitor II is a later model with more active dwell control (and, apparently, they're red--the Ignitor is black).

Note 'Ignitor' vs. 'Ignitor II' (Ignitor 2).
