Mike,

The first number is the batch number and the second is the body number, so
5820 is the batch number and 13519 is the body number.  Since they made just
over 14,000 BN1s and BN2s, yours is one of the last cars.  Cars were built
at Jensen in batches that could be from several cars to several hundred
cars, hence the batch number.

Just Google "British motor industry heritage trust certificate"
