[Healeys] lost parts

If you get the Grade 5 bolt from an automotive parts supplier like Pep Boys,
it will almost definitely have the proper shoulder on it.

Again, the size the bolt will be sold as will probably be 7/16".  Put some
UNF/SAE bolts in there and see which fits.
