[Healeys] Judging Guidelines for Jensen Healeys

Simple answer: No. Not discriminating, just couldn't find anyone with 
enough knowledge or interest to put together a simple set of originality 
guidelines and scoring sheets. Frankly, the Sprite guidelines are pretty limited, 
too, but at least there are itemized score sheets and the basic standards that 
were assembled years ago, and there are a few people who are knowledgable 
enough to do a credible job of judging.
