[Healeys] Another spin on oil filter question

I would really like to change to a spin on filter adapter that would
let the filter sit upright as in this pic from british car forum:

All of my Camrys had this arrangement. Could change filter in under a
minute with no mess.

Google isn't getting me anywhere. anyone have any ideas?
