[Healeys] Screw terminals - keeping them connected?

Industrial Motor, switchgear, electrical connections tend to always have a
domed washer, v washer (washer bent in shape of v?) or spring washer??
Ring terminals properly crimped on to the wire also provide a flat surface for
the screw to seat on.
