[Healeys] Possible intake man leak

We had a problem w Bj8 intake on Uk2K trip. After three travel days and
changing nearly everything, we stumbled on the steel plug in the rt.
rear of the intake (casting clean out hole).  Loose!    It rocked
slightly open on accel and back closed on idle and decel.  Place to
check.
