Ed:  Yes.  Mine in our Letters to the Editor.  And I sent a copy to the 
Petaluma newspaper.  I don't know if they ran it or if the driver ever saw 
it.

The complainer had gone back 2 1/2 years in receipts to find out how much 
money he had spent in Vacaville.  I suggested in my letter that rather than 
spending time looking at receipts for the last 2 1/2 years, he should have 
spent a few minutes looking in the California Driver Handbook or the Vehicle 
Code.

I further advised him  that we would miss his money but he should not worry. 
Our efficient police department would continue to enforce the law and make 
it up in no time.
