G'day Keith

Hang on to the A70 gearboxes. I am quite sure that the 1st/reverse idler
gears are interchangeable, but the rest isn't.

However all the gears from the A70 box may be fitted in place of the AH
unit.

Hi All
        I have a number of Austin A 70 Gear boxes, how do these differ from
the BN1 gear box
        are the gears inter changeable or do I need to change the all gear
cluster
        Also would it be advisable to remove from the gear box and store in
oil paper or similar
