[Healeys] Headlamp wiring

Alan what makes you conclude "the wiring is good for 20 A plus"? And calling
the switch 'pretty robust' is an overstatement in my view. Support the
British industry: yes, but don't be blind. Lucas' nickname Prince of
Darkness didn't come out of the blue!
