[Healeys] CA Listers.

Just now returning from Arizona where they have just installed them and now
have mobile highway cars stationed all over the place. I'm awaiting the
tickets when we reach home. In Arizona, they don't use front plates so the
camera takes a picture of the driver and the rear plate as you go by.
