I don't recall how high the 100 high-compression pistons are, but if they are
in the vicinity of 9.5 to 1, I think your dieseling is caused by the low
octane regular gas.

It's newly rebuilt, and has the high-compression pistons. So far, we've run it
on regular (87 octane), but we'll be trying premium.
