[Healeys] Blind rivets at rear skirt rail

I will add to this information:  I was able to locate a type of Pop rivet 
that is closed on the bottom end.  When in place, it looks just like a solid 
rivet that has been squeezed.  Then just put a dab of filler on the top to 
hide the hole and paint.  Looks exactly like the original rivets.
