[Healeys] Tires

Bill - I had Rikens on my BJ8 for 15 years first in Cali then Hong
Kong, put 50K miles on the tires - one tire finally delaminated,
thankfully I wasn't going fast.  I'd say 10 years is a good time to
change.  My new tires grip WAY better.
