[Healeys] Shift boot clamp ring

Hi Tom,

I got the ring on. The stem points up and the ring fits over the stem from 
the top. I put the ring on the rubber stem first, then slid the boot down 
onto the shifter. When you look at the rubber stem it now has a chrome ring 
around it.
