[Healeys] Shift boot clamp ring

Put the ring over the stem of the boot first, then slide the boot--with the ring 
on the stem--over the shift lever.

It should go either way--stem up or down--though I would expect it to be more 
difficult with the stem down since the shift lever is thicker at the base.
